Platforms Original Typeface

Platforms was a typeface I designed in Glyphs for my Advanced Typography class. A semester after the class had concluded, I went back to further develop the font and create a poster for it.
In February 2024, it was accepted into the AAF Lansing ADDY awards, earning a gold in the regional student category.

Experimenting With Serifs

When approaching a project for Advanced Typography class, I wanted to design a unique typeface. I also had been thinking about why I dislike serif typefaces which lead to my desire to experiment with serifs.
